About the assignment

Our client is looking for a senior HR specialist who wants to take overall responsibility for several central HR processes. The assignment combines operational and strategic HR work, and is suitable for someone who can independently drive issues forward, ensure the quality of personnel data, and act as an advisor in labor law situations. You will play an important role in creating structure, order, and quality in HR delivery.

In this role, you will be responsible for the entire employment lifecycle - from hiring and contract management to terminations, layoffs, and retirements. You will provide qualified support to managers in labor law issues and be involved in managing trainee programs, expatriates, and international employment matters.

Personnel administration and documentation are a central part of the assignment, where you ensure accurate information regarding benefits, history, leave, and sick leave, always focusing on high data quality and GDPR-compliant handling.

You will also work with HR analysis and reporting to both internal management groups and external parties. This means identifying trends, monitoring deviations, and providing important data for decision-making. The work also includes administration of reward and benefits programs as well as follow-up of external suppliers and outsourced parts of HR processes.

We are looking for someone who

To thrive and succeed in this role, we believe you have several years of experience in qualified HR work and feel confident in both everyday and complex HR issues. Particularly important is that you:

• have an academic degree in HR, human resources, or equivalent
• have several years of experience as a senior HR specialist, HR consultant, or similar role
• are used to working independently and leading your own HR processes
• have good knowledge of labor law, HR systems, and HR statistics
